Agreement to Terms

By dropping off equipment, submitting a quote request, or using the services of Wrench King ("the business", "we"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all repair, service, and maintenance work performed by Wrench King in Kingston, Ontario and surrounding area.

Estimates and Quotes

All quotes provided — whether in person, by phone, or via email — are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final charges may vary if additional parts or labour are required once work has begun.

Authorization to Repair

By leaving equipment at Wrench King, you authorize the business to inspect and diagnose the equipment. No repair work will begin until you have reviewed and approved the quote. Approval may be given in person, by phone, or by email.

If you cannot be reached for approval within 14 days of a quote being issued, Wrench King reserves the right to apply a diagnostic fee and return the equipment unrepaired.

Payment

Payment in full is due upon completion of repairs and prior to equipment being released. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at time of drop-off. Wrench King reserves the right to retain equipment until full payment has been received.

Turnaround Time

Most repairs are completed within 2–5 business days. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on parts availability, workload, and equipment condition. Wrench King is not liable for delays caused by supplier or shipping issues.

Same-day or priority service may be available on select jobs — call ahead to confirm.

Parts and Components

Wrench King uses quality replacement parts appropriate for the equipment being serviced. Where original manufacturer parts are available, they will be recommended. Aftermarket alternatives may be used to manage cost — this will be communicated at quote stage.

Wrench King stands behind our work. Labour performed is warranted for 30 days from the date of pickup under normal operating conditions. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

This warranty does not cover:
